It looks like FAKE when I see all this topics about Encore and a version that will come ‘some’ winter.
Who can convince me that there is really a version 6 coming ahead?
Or can we wait some other winters for version 7, and skip the 6 version?
This is my last login till…. winter is coming.

        I don’t think this is a “fake”.
I understand all users who use sheet music programs professionally and can no longer or no longer want to work with the “limitations” of the Encore 5 versions.

For everyone else (including me), Encore is still the easiest way to put music on paper. As long as this works with Encore, I will continue to use version 5.x.
For my “work”, a program like Finale or Co. would be shooting at sparrows with cannons, as a German proverb aptly puts it.
At least I’m happy every time I see the Encore interface on my monitor.

I hope Don is in good health. We’re all not getting any younger.
Maybe it really is time for Don to shed some light on the darkness.
        After all, it’s spring now.

          well said!

although… it’s also time… at least for some information… how things are going… good luck to Don and his work.

I have spoken to Don recently. The work continues but I have nothing specific to add.
