    It would be nice if slurs, ties, hairpins, etc., all crossed from the right end of one system to the left end of the next system correctly and prettily.

    Hey, Paul,

    Great to see you a couple weeks ago. Per our discussion, the lyric line up/down adjustment is done by click-drag on the arrow to the left of the box showing the verse number. This is described on pages 47 and 56 of the Encore 5 manual. Since I like to use 12 point type instead of the 9 point default, that tool is my best friend in Encore.
