      Hi – My old computer crashed and I lost nearly everything. Luckily my Encore files were saved in the cloud. Unfortunately the software on my old computer is now out of reach – therefore no way to access my Encore files.

      This site has said the new Encore is coming this winter. January is nearly gone, and I am so anxious to get back to work, but without the software I am at a stop. Is there any indication when the new version will be online? I am desperate.

        If you have the registration serial number, we can help you with a copy of the Encore 5 installer.
        If you didn’t care to register the save the mail on paper, you could find it on a back-up copy of your system.

        As of Encore 6, watch this forum, we don’t know anything better.

          Bonjour,
          Mon logiciel ne veut plus créer de nouvelles partitions; j’arrive encore à ouvrir les anciennes. En désespoir de cause j’ai acquis Finale (déçu) puis essayé Musescore (gratuit) mais également déçu. Comme beaucoup d’utilisateurs d’Encore, j’ai hâte qu’une version 6 arrive!!!

              Voulez-vous dire que vous pouvez ouvrir une partition vierge, la remplir manuellement, mais pas la sauvegarder?

              Quand vous dites que vous pouvez ouvrir une partition existante, pouvez-vous la sauvegarder après d’éventuelles modifications?

              Si j’ai bien compris (en effet / non), cela semble être une perte de la clef d’enregistrement.

              En choisissant “A propos” (“About”) dans le menu “?”, le bas de la fenêtre est-il une zone d’entrée de la clef d’enregistrement?

                Any Mac built between 2012–2018 can run Encore 5.0.7 (5.0.6 1333m) over Mojave. This was the best version and ideal macOS for the old Encore.

                5.0.4 was the last, best build for Windows.

                Andre and I know how to get you up and running but if we don’t know your hardware and OS, there’s little that we can do.

                  This site, this administration is a mistake. They have been announcing Encore for 2 years. I don’t think there is any plan. I’m sure of one thing. These people have no level whatsoever, otherwise the first thing to do to so many people here waiting for the program was to apologize. People without level.
