I’m a retired music teacher from Poland.
I’ve been using Encore since 1997. I also used Music Time Deluxe before and am used to these programs. So, in October 2009, I decided to purchase Encore 5.0.1.
I used this program on a laptop running Windows Vista and then Windows 7. During this time, I used updates received from the program manufacturer. The last version I used was Encore 5.0.4.872. Unfortunately, my old laptop broke, and I had to buy a new one with Windows 11. I’m having trouble installing Encore 5.0.1 using the installer I received from GVOX in 2009. I can’t update it to version 5.0.4.872 because the update files I have don’t work with Windows 11.
Can you tell me where I can get the Encore 5.0.4.872 installer for my Windows 11 laptop?Thanks to help from forum members, the Encore update issue has been fixed. This post can be considered closed.

I have Encore v5.0.4 for Windows, v5.0.7 for Mac. Long ago, I used Encore on a Mac. But my Mac is gone, and I now have two Windows computers – a Windows 11 desktop computer, and a Windows 10 laptop computer.
Is it possible for me to install Encore v5.0.4 on one of my computers (like the teacher from Poland)?
Licenses are cross-platform. What you need, is the install file. Send me a mail so that I can give you the link.
One should review the EULA, but the rules might me that one can run a single Encore license on only one computer at a time.

As it stands now, my Encore isn’t running anywhere. 🙁 I’ll give it a try on a Windows machine.
Are Windows 10 and Windows 11 compatible with Encore?

I just got a new computer with Windows 11 and have found, like others, that the only 5.0.4 update is a demo version. I am working with my profession tech guy, and he has been unable to find a way to get the latest 5.0.4 update to install. My files will all open, and I can work with them until I try to save or print. Is there a way to work around this problem?
