I’m running Encore 5.0.4 on Windows 11.

My problem is that printing music to paper works correctly, but printing to PDF through Microsoft Print to PDF almost always creates a 0 KB file. Occasionally the first PDF works if I haven’t used the program for a long time, but I cannot rely on it.

I have also confirmed that Microsoft Print to PDF works normally from Notepad.

You mentioned that you might have a fix. Could you please tell me what you recommend trying next?

Thank you for your help. I’ve used Encore for decades and have many musical parts that I need to export.
