I have a WIN 11 64 bit computer that will not accept any of the older Passport products. I have versions of the Jazz Pianist, Latin Pianist and the 5.0.4.875 ENCORE. I’m certain the newer machines simply do not load these programs. To address my perceived problem I have resurected and refurbished my WIN7 machine and am now able to work with the software.
I guess we will have to wait and see if the 6 Version will be out soon . It would sure make us happy to be able to work with our newer platforms..

“will not accept” ? error messages or other symptoms?
How did you install or move it on that machine?

I have installed my Encore 5.0.4.875 from Win7 to Win10 and it works flawlessly. I used the installer I purchased at the time and the corresponding unlock code.
A Win11 error code might help.

Win 11 has been problematic but I remember reading that someone was successful. No idea how. My last Win machine ran 7 and I gave that away a few years ago.

I didn’t need to do anything special with Windows 11 (“Family”). One one machine, it was an automatic update of W. and Encore 5 and 4 survived without any particular action. On another one it was a new install of W11, I installed E5 without any special trick – entering the license key, of course.

Now, I think that, at some time, there was a also a shrinked version of W11, which tried to copy the intolerance of Mac’s against products not going through their official distribution channel.
