    Alternative chord designation, instead of Csus4 = C4, instead of Csus2 = C2, instead of Cdim7 = C0

    Addendum to the whishes of volkerschoeps:
    Alternative representation of the B chord for the German-speaking world. The Anglo-Saxon “B” chord is written here as “H” chord. The “B” chord is usual reading as B flat (Bb).
    It would nice, that it would able to display the “H” chord instead of “B” chord.
