Could you be a bit more specific? If you intend to upgrade Encore, can you let us know which version you’re trying to upgrade, which platform is involved (Windows? Mac?)…
Be aware that, as of now, there has been no upgrades for years, we’re all expecting the forthcoming version 6 of Encore, which is now due to be available “this summer” (see the home page). 😉
