    My old computer quit and I tried to install Encore on the new one with my CD.
    All went well at first, but after entering the registration code I cannot save any file.

    Hi. No one reads minds. What version of Encore and what OS & version?

    Similar story here. But I don’t have a CD, just had version 4.2 and using PC Windows 11. I have the Registration card and Code # but don’t find a way to reload the program online. New computer doesn’t have a CD/Dvd drive.
