I just ran Encore Windows 5.0.4.875 on my Mac M1 with the free PlayOnMac application that uses Wine.
For me it’s only a matter of exporting midi files from Encore to retrieve them on Musescore, but Encore seems to be fully functional and PlayOnMac is easy to install, no need for a Windows system
