I think that at this time, if there is one feeling we all share, it is a mixture of anxiety and discouragement.

What is happening to Don Williams?
Personal issues? Health? The different attempts to update the programs are not working for him? In this case, I don’t know if the relevant computer programming tools with Artificial Intelligence could help him perfect and speed up the work (I say this from the deepest ignorance).

I have the feeling that, deep down, none of us wants to extinguish that tiny flame of the candle of excitement, and we keep coming in from time to time waiting for the personal “thanksgiving day” of those of us who still use “Encore” to arrive and we will continue to do so as long as the different operating systems allow it.

Dear Don, from several windows around the world we continue to await your news. What can we do to prevent you from falling into discouragement?
