      After updating all in one computer to Window 10 Extended for one year, I find I need to reenter license code ever time I restart the computer, in Encore 5.0.4.809 .
      Would you be able to tell me how to fix this.

        This is what worked for me:
        1.- Open Encore “as Administrator” (right-click on the icon and choose the option “Run as administrator”
        2.- Once inside, put the serial number back in.
        3.- Close Encore and reopen it normally
        Theoretically it should work normally forever (Until you reinstall the program).

              The Mac version is a bit more involved if it has this problem. I’ve written a tutorial and bundled it with a necessary file. Both Andre and I have it if needed.
