    We believe that it has been an abuse and a lack of respect to say that the upgrade of this software was for the fall of 2022, then the beginning of 2023 and we are already in March and there is no hope.     That company is not telling the truth, it is better that they say that they went bankrupt and not say that we wait, because I have also avoided buying another program. I don’t know why we are tied to this software and it doesn’t work well on MAC the Encore 5.6
