      Encore 5 have stopped working, my purchaces are gone from my account.
      Anyone got the same problem?

        As far as I know, Encore 5 is not dependent on purchase accounts. Once it has been activated via the activation key, it works. You will receive this activation key after the purchase.
        What exactly no longer works? Have you backed up your activation key? If it was once in your system, you can find it in the registry. Enter “Encore”
        as the search string.
        I am not familiar with the problem as you describe it.

          I would imagine that your problem may be similar to the one described in

          License code needs to be entered every start up Windows 10 Extended

          It might also be due to a registry cleaner, such as “CCleaner” or “PC Cleaner” which is doing its work a bit too deeply.

            We have no idea what version of Encore 5 you have. Mac? Windows? Exact operating system? Encore Build number (run About… to find that)?

            It all makes a difference. We’re able to help but only if we know more.
