      I have bought Encore for Mac in 2014 or so. I don’t know where is my licence number.
      Now I’m using a testing Encore but I will need it when It expires.
      Can I get back my licence number?

          I don’t know where is my license number. I’ve bought Encore for Mac in 2014, I think. Now I have a trial version but I can’t save or print my sheets.
          Can somebody from support help me?

            If the software was ordered by download, then the license number will be sent by e-mail. Have you already checked your emails from 2014? I have noted the license numbers or printed the email for such cases.

                    People, I want desperately an Encore for mac. I have bought but I lost the serial number. But I buy again if I know where I can do it

                      Mario, and other people,
                      I finally found my license number.
                      I have a free Encore from the internet but when I try to save something it asks for my license number.
                      I put it there and play return.
                      Nothing happened. And that window that asks for the license number never come back again.
                      In its place, it appears the window “About Encore””
                      Has anybody knows what happened? What can I do?

                        Nobody from the Passport answer me. I can not work if I can’t save, edit and print.

                                Hello encore45, I was telling you that I’m from Brazil and my mom’s family came from Germany, from a city called Südlohn, near The Netherlands border.
