    I run 5.0.4.872 on Windows 11 with no problems.

    I’ve had this same thing happen – hold the mouse button down too long, like when moving staffs or text, and the program freezes. Encore 5.0.4.872 on Windows 10. It happened also with this release on Windows 7.

    Sorry, I just saw your post. Yes, that is what I want to do. I just recently figured out how to do it. Thanks for the reply.

    I had a similar problem, the license got “lost.” I re-entered my license number, and it has been working fine.
