(Although you sound like you are) If creating a modern notation program on two operating systems was easy even you could do it! Wait your turn like everyone else….
I feel compelled to say, in light of recent comments, that I will be
very happy to get a updated version of Encore that works on modern operating systems
and modern computers. If it costs some money to make that happen, NOT A Problem!Thank you for this Don.
I am as eager as everyone to get a modern version of Encore. I have used this notation program exclusively since 1992.
However questions like “Are we being played?” are not helpful, just stupid.Merry Christmas to you all and especially Don!
Great news!
Sign me up!!
What you said!
I’d rather wait some more and get a truly robust version of Encore that’s bug free and works with the latest operating systems. Most of these whiny posts do not help al all. If they bothered reading them how would the complaining help move things along?
You have the option to hide the meter in Encore and have a bar be a whole stave if need be.
The windows key is the equivalent to the apple command key. Otherwise the specific key commands are the same. Slurs slipping off their assigned notes is a program bug. When you highlight a piece of music and press windows J you will be given some choices as to what you what effected by the command…..
Highlight all (command A) then Command J
