Iām happy to hearing the good news from you. I will prepare the new Mac for Encore6 and waiting for it.

I understand you, and your situation about Encore 5 however I think a lot of the fans of Encore have been waiting for the new Encore 6. I also hope the Encore 6 will be run on the Catalina or Big Sur and it will be released ASAP. I sometime check this forum to knows the progress.
Now, ‘Finale’ has been over, a lot of Finale users are looking for alternative, it seems almost of them don’t like the Dorico pro.Thanks for reply, everyone!

I meant ‘no way to do authorization’ was …I couldn’t authorization. I have a serial key, try to authorize however it couldn’t be.On Sierra or lower OS, I could authorize Encore5 with same serial key. Yes, this was a Demo version but it could be run on the old Mac.
However, I had to update to Catalina or higher OS, I use the Encore5 on my old Macbook with 10.6 OS. That is the best way to make music chart for me.
Thanks for reply. According to you, it has to run on Mojave and it can run on my Mojave Mac. But, there is no way to do authorization, Encore5 is running but I can’t save files, print scores. I ask about this problem to Passport music, they treat me kindly and interaction mails but can’t find the solution. Now I use Encore on my old Macbook with OS 10.6. I like it, but I’m really looking forward to seeing Encore6. Finale has been over it should be chance for releasing…
have tried other software but I cannot replace to any other. My finger and mind has optimized to use Encore. Now I boot the Macbook pro 2007 with OS 10.6 to use Encore5. This is the best way for me. I hate Musescore š
I can’t move to Finale or Sibelius. They are not sensible, a lot of unnecessary command and function for me. I love Encore, but I don’t want to bring my old Powerbook Encore 5 runs on any more.
I’ve been waiting Encore 6. I have tried other notation software, Sibelius, Muse score, Finale etc. but no other one couldn’t made me satisfy. They are too complicated to use for me. Too much, too enough function. Encore is the best notation software, I believe that. I’m waiting for this version.
