Thanksgiving is probably history. The new date is now winter 23.

I can’t get along with Finale, MuseScore and Dorico from Steinberg at all. I have to look in the manual all the time. Very time consuming…Maybe it helps:
I could open my old Music-Time-Deluxe 2.0 files with Encore 5.0.4.875 for Windows without any problems.
Even headings and lyrics were taken into account.This is really good news! VST is not that important right now. I never really used that in Encore 5. I am already very excited about the new Encore

Yes true, I also have these folders with the “autoupdate-windows.exe” program.
I never got the download link from GVOX or Passportmusic because I bought my Encore from an Austrian distributor.By the way, what happened to Jennifer? 😉

Depending on whether you got your software from GVOX or Passport LCC.I agree with you. I too use MTP version 6.01 on an outdated Win98 computer with a Pentium III processor. MTP runs stable and error-free here. I later bought version 6.8.4, but was not satisfied with it. Although this version runs on 32bit systems, it does not function in such a way that it can be used live. So I still use version 6.01 for my live performance.
I also hope that the developers of the new version of MTP will focus on ease of use and include LSB/MSB functionality.
